You can apply for the Dutch Nephrology Days under the following conditions:

• Only fully and correctly completed applications will be accepted.
  
• Registration is exclusively online. This also applies to guests of the industry.
  
• Options on bookings or reservations are not possible.
  
• Sign up for parts of packages is not possible.
  
• Only persons who are members of one of the participating associations on January 1st, 2012 pay rate A. Persons who joined one of the professional associations later pay rate B.
  
• Online registration is available until March 27th, 2012.
  
• A "late registration"-rate of 25% above the regular rate applies from February 22nd, 2012 and applies to all packages.
  
• Employees of companies that will sponsor the Dutch Nephrology Days can not register for the conference.
  
• Upon receipt of your application you will receive by mail two documents: a confirmation of your registration and billing. The invoice must be paid within 14 days after the invoice date to be met.
  
• The final proof of registration and directions will be sent by email approximately 10 days prior to the conference, if your payment is received by the organization.
  
• Your registration is binding. Cancellation and refund the entry fee until 15 days before the conference is possible. Within 15 working days before the conference, cancellations, refunds and changes are impossible.
  
• Cancellations and changes can only be made in writing or by email.
  
• Your cancellation is only valid if you have received a written confirmation form us.
  
• Absence does not relieve you of your commitment.
  
• For junior researchers (PhD students) who are members of the NFN and members of the paramedical departments who have submitted an abstract, the cost for the entire package will be charged. If your abstract is accepted for oral presentation and presented by you, you will receive a refund of a maximum fee of € 90,00 (depending on which package you subscribe), if you have completed and returned the refund form. The refund is solely up to one person and only the person who presents the abstract.
